Role Overview

We are looking for a detail oriented QA Analyst Tester with 2 to 4 years of experience in testing enterprise applications The candidate will be responsible for ensuring application quality through structured testing defect management and collaboration with cross functional teams in an Agile environment

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business and functional requirements to design test scenarios and test cases

Execute functional regression and integration testing

Log track and manage defects using Jira ensuring timely resolution

Work with ServiceNow for incident problem and change tracking related to testing and production issues

Collaborate with development BA and support teams to identify and resolve defects

Participate in Agile ceremonies Sprint planning standups retrospectives

Prepare test data and validate application outputs





Maintain test documentation including test cases execution reports and defect logs

Support UAT and production validation activities

Mandatory Skills

Hands on experience with

- Jira defect tracking and workflow management
- ServiceNow incident problem change management

Solid knowledge of
- Software Testing Life Cycle STLC
- Defect life cycle and root cause analysis

Experience in
- Functional and regression testing
- Agile Scrum methodology

Preferred Skills Exposure to automation testing concepts

Basic knowledge of API testing Postman or similar tools

Understanding of SQL for data validation

Experience working in production support or ITSM environments

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field

Mandatory Skills : ETL / Datawarehouse testing
