We’re Hiring | ESG Consultant Internship | Noida | 3 Months At Carbon Crunch, we’re building India’s leading compliance-tech platform for sustainability, helping industries navigate mandates like BRSR, GHG Reporting, RCO, and emerging carbon markets. We’re looking for individuals who want to work at the intersection of climate, business, and real-world problem solving, not just theory. What you’ll be doing:

Researching industries and identifying companies navigating sustainability and regulatory compliance requirements

Engaging with business leaders to understand operational and sustainability challenges

Supporting business development through outreach, meetings, and proposal discussions

Working on live client projects across ESG, BRSR, GHG Accounting, CCTS, and related sustainability frameworks

Assisting in data analysis, report preparation, compliance documentation, and client deliverables

Collaborating directly with the founding team on growth strategy, consulting engagements, and market expansion initiatives What we’re looking for:

Excellent communication skills and confidence in interacting with professionals

Robust analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Curiosity to learn about sustainability, ESG,



climate regulations, and industrial operations

High ownership—you take initiative and are comfortable working independently

Ability to balance client-facing responsibilities with analytical and project-based work
