Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Oracle Apps Developer with 8-12 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations, upgrades, migrations, and support projects. The ideal candidate should possess solid technical expertise in Oracle EBS/Fusion Financials, SCM, and Project Accounting modules, along with advanced PL/SQL development skills. The candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end technical delivery, solution design, data migration, integrations, custom development, and technical team coordination across large-scale Oracle ERP transformation projects.

Design, develop, enhance, and support Oracle ERP solutions across:

Oracle Financials

Oracle SCM

Oracle Project Accounting

Develop and support:

Custom Reports

Interfaces

Conversions

Extensions

Integrations

Workflow Solutions (RICEW Components)

Migration & Upgrade Projects

Lead technical activities for

Oracle EBS upgrades

Oracle Cloud migration projects

Legacy system migrations to Oracle ERP

Data conversion and reconciliation activities

Prepare migration strategies, conversion mappings, and deployment plans.

Ensure successful migration of master and transactional data with complete validation and reconciliation.

Lead end-to-end project delivery from requirements gathering through production deployment and hypercare support.

Work closely with functional consultants, solution architects, business users, and project managers.

Review technical designs, code quality, and performance optimization.





Mentor junior developers and technical team members.

Integration Development

Design and implement integrations using:

Oracle APIs

Open Interfaces

REST/SOAP Web Services

Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) (preferred)

Develop inbound and outbound integrations with third-party applications.

Performance Optimization

Tune complex SQL and PL/SQL programs.

Optimize concurrent programs, interfaces, and database objects for performance and scalability.

Perform root cause analysis and resolution of production issues.

Documentation & Governance

Prepare Technical Design Documents (TDDs).

Create migration and deployment documents.

Support change management and release management processes.

Ensure compliance with development standards and best practices.

Qualifications

8-12 years of Oracle Applications technical development experience.

Minimum 5+ years leading technical workstreams or managing delivery teams.

Proven experience in at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle ERP implementations.

Strong experience in Oracle EBS upgrade projects (12.1.x to 12.2.x preferred).

Hands-on experience in large-scale data migration and conversion projects.

Experience managing end-to-end project delivery and client stakeholders.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Oracle certification(s) will be an added advantage.
