? ??'?? ??????: ??? ????????? ???? (???? ?&? / ???????? ???????) WalkingTree is looking for a hands-on ERP Technical Lead to join our Business Applications practice. ? Location: Hyderabad, Mumbai, or Agra

? Experience:7+ years overall, with 5+ years of hands-on experience in D365 F&O; and/or Business Central This is a technical ownership role, not just delivery. You'll: ? Own hands-on delivery across D365 F&O; and Business Central, including extensions, customisations, integrations, data migration, and performance optimisation.

? Run our F&O;/BC support and enhancement queue to SLA.

? Design integrations with Azure (Logic Apps, Service Bus, APIs) and Dataverse/Dual-write.

? Own ALM/DevOps pipelines on Azure DevOps.

? Support presales through solution outlines, estimations, demos, and RFP responses.

? Lead the technical build of our F&O;/BC-based product, including AppSource readiness.

? Mentor developers and consultants, and set the code review and quality standards.

What we're looking for: ✅ 7 to 12 years of experience in Microsoft ERP, with 5+ years of hands-on experience in X++/Extensions Framework (F&O;) and/or AL (Business Central).





✅ At least two full lifecycle F&O; or BC implementations in a hands-on technical role.

✅ Experience with large-scale data migration, integration patterns (OData, custom services, Azure), and performance troubleshooting.

✅ Azure DevOps-based ALM experience.

✅ Experience managing a support/AMS engagement to SLA.

✅ Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical decisions directly to clients.

Good to have: MB-500, MB-800, AZ-204, or MB-700 certifications, Dataverse/Power Platform exposure, AppSource/ISV product experience, and domain expertise in real estate, manufacturing, retail, or skilled services.
