About the Role

We are seeking an ERP Automation Consultant (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on ERP automation, intelligent business process automation, workflow optimization, enterprise integrations, robotic process automation (RPA), AI-assisted ERP operations, and AI-generated enterprise content evaluation.

In this role, you will evaluate AI-generated ERP workflows, automation strategies, business process documentation, integration designs, implementation plans, and enterprise automation recommendations. Your expertise will help improve AI systems designed for ERP modernization, digital transformation, and intelligent business process automation.

This position is ideal for professionals with experience in ERP consulting, enterprise applications, business process automation, RPA, ERP implementation, or digital transformation. Responsibilities

Create deliverables addressing real-world ERP automation and enterprise transformation scenarios.

Review AI-generated ERP workflows, business process maps, automation strategies, integration documentation, implementation plans, and technical specifications.

Evaluate enterprise solutions involving ERP modules across finance, procurement, inventory, supply chain, manufacturing, human resources, sales,



and customer service.

Verify AI-generated recommendations for workflow automation, ERP configuration, API integrations, RPA implementation, reporting automation, and operational optimization.

Assess AI-generated ERP solutions for maintainability, security, performance, compliance, and enterprise readiness.

Identify process bottlenecks, automation opportunities, integration issues, workflow gaps, and implementation risks.

Provide structured feedback to improve AI performance in ERP consulting, enterprise automation, and digital transformation.

Review peer-developed deliverables to maintain quality and consistency standards. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.

2+ years of hands-on experience in ERP consulting, ERP implementation, enterprise automation, business process consulting, RPA, or digital transformation.

Implementing or supporting ERP solutions.

Designing and optimizing enterprise business processes.

Automating ERP workflows and approvals.

Creating functional documentation and solution designs.

Reviewing AI-generated ERP recommendations and automation documentation.

Familiarity with REST APIs, SQL, ETL processes, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), reporting tools, and business intelligence platforms.





Excellent analytical thinking, process improvement, documentation, stakeholder communication, and written English skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate enterprise automation solutions.

Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Experience working with enterprise organizations, ERP consulting firms, system integrators, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), manufacturing companies, retail organizations, healthcare providers, or financial institutions.

Experience delivering ERP transformation, automation, shared services optimization, finance transformation, procurement automation, or supply chain automation projects.

Experience evaluating AI-generated ERP workflows, automation documentation, business process recommendations, implementation guides, or solution architectures.

Familiarity with Generative AI, AI agents, ERP copilots, AI benchmarking, RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback), intelligent document processing (IDP), process mining, or AI-driven workflow automation is highly desirable.
