Equity Research (Sell-Side Research & Operations), Metal & Mining Sector, Sr Associate/ Delivery Lead Job location - Bangalore & Gurgaon

Experience - 4+ years Key Responsibilities: Support Equity Analyst of a bulge bracket sell side investment banking firm.

Building financial models from scratch with detailed drivers, projections and valuation

Working on Earnings update, Earnings preview, Comps, Databases and client queries

Writing short to long research reports

Actively participate in team discussions and provide insights

Write and contribute to various periodical reports distributed to internal and external clients

Work on adhoc projects and other duties as assigned

Maintain coverage of stocks in the sector Required Background:



An MBA/CA/CFA with 4 to 10 years of relevant experience

Experience is must in Metals & Mining sector.

Passion for equity markets and relevant background in equity research

Solid analytical, writing and communication skills

Ability to work creatively and efficiently with large datasets

Working knowledge of databases like Thomson Reuters, Datastream and Bloomberg

Proficiency in MS Excel

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects

Flexibility in in work timings depending on client requirements
