1. Onboard new employees for customers, including verification, benefits setup, and enrollments.
2. Conduct filings and registrations with government agencies for customers.
3. Build, review, and improve operational processes, including creating how-to documentation.
4. Research process requirements for new products and countries and contribute feedback to improve operations.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Manage the end-to-end operational process for perks enrollments.
2. Analyze and organize data using Google Suite or Microsoft Office, with familiarity in SFDC/JIRA/Confluence a plus.
3. Drive improvements in customer onboarding processes, collaborating with R&D; and other teams to implement automation.
4. Maintain strong communication with internal teams, partners, and government agencies to ensure regulatory compliance and efficient operations.
