About the Role We're looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to work closely with the founders to identify, validate, and build the company's next growth opportunities. This role is designed for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building from first principles, and is excited about taking ideas from concept to scale. You'll work on high-impact, 0→1 initiatives across new markets, products, business models, and strategic growth opportunities.

From identifying white spaces and validating customer needs to launching rapid experiments and scaling successful ventures, you'll play a key role in shaping the company's future.

What You'll Do Identify and evaluate new markets, products, customer segments, business models, and strategic opportunities that can drive long-term growth.

Conduct market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis to validate new opportunities and uncover unmet customer needs.

Design, launch, and iterate on rapid, low-cost experiments to test customer demand, business viability, operational feasibility, and unit economics.

Build business cases, including market sizing, financial models, implementation plans, and success metrics to support investment decisions.

Partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Supply Chain, Growth, Finance,



and other teams to turn validated ideas into scalable businesses.

Track key performance metrics, synthesize insights, and present recommendations to the leadership team.

Develop repeatable operating playbooks and help scale successful initiatives into sustainable business lines.

What We're Looking For Proven experience building or leading 0→1 initiatives, whether as a founder, early employee, or through ownership of new business initiatives.

Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable decisions.

A hands-on builder with a strong execution mindset who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to make things happen.

Demonstrated ability to design, launch, and iterate on experiments quickly in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments.

Comfortable navigating ambiguity, making decisions with imperfect information, and adapting as recent insights emerge.

Exceptional ownership, resourcefulness, and resilience, with the ability to independently drive initiatives from idea to execution.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and present recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

Strong academic background from a leading business school.

4–7 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, venture building, or high-growth startups.

Experience in consumer technology, food delivery, logistics, marketplaces, or other operationally intensive businesses is a plus.

Experience launching new products, business lines, or market expansions is highly desirable.
