About the Role

We are seeking an Enterprise Workflow SME (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on enterprise workflows, business process management (BPM), workflow optimization, cross-functional operations, intelligent automation, process governance, and AI-generated enterprise content evaluation.

In this role, you will evaluate AI-generated workflow designs, business process documentation, SOPs, automation recommendations, operational playbooks, and enterprise process improvement strategies. Your expertise will help improve AI systems designed for workflow intelligence, operational excellence, and enterprise process transformation.

This position is ideal for professionals with experience in business process management, enterprise operations, workflow consulting, process improvement, digital transformation, shared services, or operational excellence. Responsibilities

Review AI-generated workflow diagrams, SOPs, process maps, business requirements, operational documentation, automation recommendations, and implementation plans.

Evaluate enterprise workflows across finance, HR, procurement, sales, customer service, supply chain, IT operations, and shared services.





Verify AI-generated recommendations for process optimization, workflow automation, approvals, governance, compliance, and operational improvements.

Assess AI-generated workflow solutions for efficiency, maintainability, governance, risk management, and enterprise readiness.

Identify workflow bottlenecks, process inefficiencies, compliance gaps, automation opportunities, and operational risks.

Provide structured feedback to improve AI performance in workflow analysis, business process optimization, and enterprise operations.

Review peer-developed deliverables to maintain quality and consistency standards. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Management, or a related field.

2+ years of hands-on experience in business process management, enterprise operations, workflow consulting, operational excellence, process improvement, digital transformation, or enterprise automation.

Designing and improving enterprise workflows.

Documenting SOPs and business processes.

Leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives.

Evaluating workflow automation opportunities.

Familiarity with ERP, CRM, HRIS, ITSM platforms, APIs, RPA solutions, and enterprise integration tools is preferred.





Excellent analytical thinking, process documentation, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and written English communication skills.

Solid attention to detail and ability to evaluate enterprise workflows objectively.

Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Experience working with enterprise organizations, consulting firms, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), shared services organizations, business transformation teams, or technology companies.

Experience leading enterprise process transformation, workflow standardization, automation initiatives, or operational excellence programs.

Experience evaluating AI-generated workflow diagrams, SOPs, business process documentation, operational playbooks, or automation recommendations.

Familiarity with Generative AI, AI agents, AI benchmarking, RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback), intelligent process automation (IPA), process mining, or AI-powered workflow optimization is highly desirable.
