Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Teamcenter workstreams, including planning, execution, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.

- Manage project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.

- Coordinate across business, engineering, IT, and external implementation partners to ensure successful delivery.

- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, release planning, sprint execution, and status reporting.

- Facilitate requirements gathering, business process reviews, solution design discussions, and deployment readiness activities.

- Oversee UAT planning, defect management, and production cutover activities.

- Support change management, user adoption, training, and business readiness efforts.

- Ensure alignment with Project Engineering Modernization objectives and governance standards.

Required Experience

- 8+ years of project/program management experience in enterprise application delivery.

- Proven experience managing Siemens Teamcenter implementations, enhancements, or support programs.

- Experience with Teamcenter implementation/configuration solutions.

- Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), engineering workflows, document management, BOM management, and change control processes.





- Experience coordinating global cross-functional teams and external vendors.

- Solid communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience with engineering digital transformation or modernization programs.

- Knowledge of integrations involving SAP, CAD systems, Polarion, or related engineering platforms.

- PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications.

- Release and deployment management.

- Business and IT stakeholder coordination.

- Implementation and adoption tracking.

- Executive status reporting and steering committee support.
