Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to define and drive the organization's technology strategy, ensuring alignment between business objectives and IT capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, solution design, and modern application architectures. This role requires collaboration with business leaders, technology teams, and stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Define and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap aligned with business strategy and organizational goals.

Design end-to-end enterprise solutions across applications, infrastructure, cloud, security, data, and integration platforms.

Develop architecture principles, standards, governance frameworks, and technology best practices.

Lead architecture reviews and provide technical guidance for strategic initiatives and digital transformation programs.

Drive adoption of cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, DevOps, and automation practices.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.

Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve business agility, operational efficiency, and innovation.

Ensure enterprise solutions meet requirements for scalability, availability, performance, security, and compliance.

Define integration strategies using APIs, event-driven architectures, and enterprise integration patterns.

Partner with infrastructure, security, data, and application teams to ensure architectural consistency across the organization.

Support technology modernization, application rationalization, and cloud migration initiatives.





Establish architecture governance processes and ensure adherence to enterprise standards.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in Enterprise Architecture frameworks and methodologies.

Experience with one or more cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Deep understanding of Microservices Architecture, API Management, and Integration Patterns.

Hands-on knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and automation tools.

Strong experience in Solution Architecture and enterprise application design.

Knowledge of Infrastructure Architecture, virtualization, networking, and platform services.

Understanding of Data Architecture, data integration, data governance, and modern data platforms.

Robust knowledge of Security Architecture, identity and access management, security best practices, and regulatory compliance.

Experience in Business Architecture, IT governance, technology strategy, and architecture governance.

Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with TOGAF, Zachman, or other Enterprise Architecture frameworks.

Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Experience with hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

Exposure to AI/ML, IoT, event-driven architectures, and modern digital platforms.

Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.

Experience leading enterprise-wide digital transformation and modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

9–17 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Technology Strategy roles.

Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect, or equivalent are preferred.
