Role Description This full-time on-site Engineering Professional role is based in Noida and supports the delivery of large-scale engineering and EPC projects.

Responsibilities include participating in engineering design and analysis, preparing technical documentation and drawings, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. The role involves assisting in project planning and scheduling, monitoring progress, and supporting technical reviews and inspections throughout the project lifecycle.

Professional will collaborate closely with project managers, procurement, construction,



and commissioning teams to resolve technical issues and contribute to efficient, on-time, and cost-effective project execution.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in engineering principles and experience with design, analysis, and technical documentation in relevant disciplines (e.g., mechanical, electrical, civil, chemical).

Understanding of EPC project workflows, including coordination between engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.

Ability to work with engineering software tools (such as CAD or relevant industry-specific applications) and interpret drawings, specifications, and standards.

Familiarity with industrial facilities such as hydrocarbon plants, power plants, and water or waste treatment systems is an advantage.

Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional, multicultural teams.

Solid problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, or related field) from an accredited institution.

Prior experience in large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects is preferred; internship or early-career project experience will be considered.

Willingness to work on-site in Noida and adapt to dynamic project requirements and schedules.
