Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of engineers to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and maintainable software applications using Golang.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and prioritize tasks to meet business objectives.
- Develop technical roadmaps for new projects and mentor junior engineers on best practices in coding standards, testing methodologies, and debugging techniques.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products by monitoring progress against milestones and identifying areas for improvement.
- We are looking for candidates with a fintech background. We are open to candidates with experience in Golang, Python, or Node.js as their primary tech stack. Candidates with a C#/.NET background will be a strict no-go for this role.

We are targeting candidates with 10–14 years of experience, as this aligns best with our team structure and culture.

Job Requirements :

- 10-15 years of experience in software development with expertise in Go programming language.
- Robust understanding of Node.js or Python programming languages is an added advantage.
- Experience working on large-scale web applications with complex architecture designs.
