Candidates from Salem or willing to relocate before joining Program Journey Phase 1 – Engineering Readiness Associates undergo a structured engineering readiness program that includes technical learning, team-oriented development, internal product engineering, code reviews, technical assessments, and mentorship. This phase is designed to build enterprise-grade engineering capabilities and prepare associates for customer-facing project delivery.



Phase 2 – Project Deployment Upon successful completion of the Engineering Readiness phase, associates may be deployed to internal initiatives or client engagements based on organizational requirements, demonstrated technical proficiency, and project availability.
