Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated AI Engineer with 2+ years of experience in designing, building, and deploying AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and machine learning frameworks. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to develop AI-powered applications that drive business value and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML solutions for business use cases.

Build and optimize GenAI applications leveraging LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.

Develop data pipelines and workflows to prepare, process, and manage structured and unstructured data.





Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.

Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy, scalability, and reliability.

Collaborate with business and product teams to translate requirements into AI solutions.

Monitor AI applications in production and troubleshoot issues as needed

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or software development with AI applications.

Strong programming skills in Python .

Experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, etc.).

Understanding of:

Prompt Engineering

RAG architectures

Vector databases

Embeddings

Model evaluation techniques

Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and software engineering best practices.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
