1 Handling Production related task including planning, control & trouble shooting

2 Optimizing Man & Machine utilization to achieve per set production target.

3 Planning & execution of production activities.

4 Solving online problems related to Quality, Maintenance & Design.

5Responsible for changes in BOM & further intimation to design &planning; team.

6 Prepare monthly production plan.

7 Daily preparation of overdue, under due orders & running work order ageing in week wise slabs & monitor regularly to control on production.

8 Keep continuous watch on balance to produce report, daily issuing material & stock ledger for inventory control perspective.

9 Ensure manpower loading vs actual If any gap then analysis on it.

10 Updating daily assembly reports & testing reports.

11 Ensuring valuable housekeeping in production section (5S)

12 Co- ordinate with TPI.

13 Maintain company procedure wise all documents(IMS).

14 Declare daily production value as per load availability.
