1) Tool Room -(Mould Maintenance)

Role & Responsibilities

- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of injection moulds.
- Attend mould breakdowns and ensure minimum downtime.
- Perform mould assembly, dismantling, polishing, fitting, and trial activities.
- Inspect mould components and replace worn or damaged parts.
- Maintain mould history and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with Production for mould availability and changeover.
- Follow TPM, 5S, and safety standards in the Tool Room.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Qualification: ITI (Fitter) / NTTF / DPMT (CIPET).
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Injection Mould Maintenance.
- Knowledge of plastic injection moulds and mould components.
- Ability to troubleshoot mould-related issues.
- Experience in the automotive plastic injection moulding industry preferred.
- Willing to work in shifts.

2) Production Supervisor / Mould Changer Role & Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily production activities and achieve production targets.
- Handle manpower allocation and shop floor discipline.
- Perform mould changing and machine setting activities.
- Monitor cycle time, rejection, and productivity.
- Troubleshoot injection moulding process issues.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, TPM, 5S, and safety practices.
- Coordinate with Quality, Tool Room, and Maintenance departments.
- Maintain production reports and SAP entries.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Qualification: BE / Diploma (Mechanical) / CIPET / B.Tech / M.Tech (Polymer).




- 2 to 5 years of experience in Plastic Injection Moulding Production.
- Knowledge of mould changing, machine setting, and process optimisation.
- Working knowledge of SAP and TPM.
- Experience with Bajaj Auto vendor or automotive industry preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.

3) Quality Engineer Role & Responsibilities:

- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of plastic moulded parts.
- Monitor product quality and reduce rejection levels.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometre, Height Gauge, etc.
- Maintain inspection reports and quality records.
- Handle customer quality requirements and process audits.
- Coordinate with Production for corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with quality systems and standard operating procedures.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Qualification: Diploma / CIPET / ITI / BE (Mechanical).
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Quality Inspection/Quality Assurance in Plastic Injection Moulding.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments and quality documentation.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word).
- Experience with automotive OEM/Tier-1 suppliers (Bajaj Auto vendor preferred).
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
