Sansera Engineering Limited PRIME FUNCTION To develop, optimize, and implement efficient manufacturing processes that enhance productivity, ensure quality compliance, reduce costs, and support continuous improvement initiatives in machining and assembly operations.

/ Responsibilities Develop, optimize, and implement manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

Conduct detailed process analysis to identify improvement opportunities related to raw materials, bought-out components, machining processes, and fixture design.

Analyze engineering drawings and define optimal process flow for machining, bench work, and assembly operations.

Design, evaluate, and implement new manufacturing processes or technologies to support innovation.

Prepare and maintain process documentation including SOPs, work instructions, process flow diagrams, control plans, PFMEA, stage drawings, and technical reports.

Collaborate with production, quality, supply chain, and cross-functional teams to ensure robust process implementation.

Support fixture design, inspection methodologies, and assembly techniques.

Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards and statutory requirements.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices across departments AUTHORITY Recommend and implement process improvements and optimization initiatives.

Coordinate with internal departments for process-related changes and enhancements.

Propose tooling, fixture, and process modifications to improve efficiency and quality.

Escalate process deviations, risks,



or non-compliances to appropriate stakeholders. JOB SPECIFICATION / COMPETENCY Qualification BE/Diploma/B. Tech or any relevant field Experience 2–4 years Technical Skills Hands-on knowledge of VMC, CNC machines, and machining processes.

Strong understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T.;

Experience in fixture design, inspection methodologies, and assembly processes.

Proficiency in engineering tools/software such as UG NX, CATIA, and NC programming.

Knowledge of process documentation including PFDs, PFMEA, Control Plans, and SOPs.

AS9100 QMS and Documentation awareness.
