Position: Assistant Manager / Engineer – Branch Service (GM)

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

CTC: 5–6 LPA + 25% Variable Pay (based on relevant experience)

Job Responsibilities

- Provide field service and technical support to customers.
- Attend preventive, breakdown, and emergency service calls within the target response time.
- Inspect equipment, diagnose faults, perform failure analysis, and prepare service estimates.
- Service, repair, and troubleshoot geared motors and industrial drive systems at customer sites and service centers.
- Coordinate with the sales team, technical department, and assembly plant for repair and service activities.
- Conduct customer training on product operation and maintenance.
- Maintain service reports, documentation, QMS records, and update branch/Head Office systems.
- Ensure availability of spare parts by coordinating with the Branch and Regional Manager.
- Maintain service tools, equipment,



and service center as per company standards.

Candidate Profile
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of field/in office service experience in an engineering or industrial manufacturing company.
- Experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, commissioning, and customer support.
- Preferred experience with industrial automation products such as motors, geared motors, gearboxes, drives, or similar industrial equipment.
- Good knowledge of failure analysis, service documentation, preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Strong customer handling, communication, and technical problem-solving skills.
