Optimize WIP levels and improve line flow efficiency

Support production ramp-up and line expansion planning

Coordinate with cross-functional teams for layout and process changes

Use tools like Yamazumi, takt time, and line balancing techniques

Improve space utilization and reduce material movement

Monitor actual vs planned capacity and take corrective actions

Maintain VSM, layout drawings, and capacity planning documents
