Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Engineers to join our Production, Manufacturing, Process, and Maintenance teams. Candidates will be responsible for ensuring smooth plant operations, maintaining equipment efficiency, supporting production activities, and adhering to quality and safety standards.
Freshers are encouraged to apply. Diploma candidates are most welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and support day-to-day production and manufacturing operations.
- Ensure adherence to process parameters and operational standards.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot equipment and process-related issues.
- Maintain production records and prepare operational reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Follow all safety, quality, and environmental guidelines.
- Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure minimum downtime and maximum equipment availability.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Production, Instrumentation, ) Freshers are most welcome.
- Candidates with 0-5 years of experience can apply.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts and relocate if required.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
- Knowledge of maintenance practices and troubleshooting techniques.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and reporting tools will be an added advantage.
