As part of the USR INFOTECH family and based at DHI Innovations Park in Bengaluru, the company collaborates with HR and workforce solutions partners across India, GCC, SEA, LATAM, and Africa. Team members contribute to a rapidly evolving product where new agentic AI capabilities and microservices are launched every month.

Role Description As an Engineer Intern at aim performance™, you will support the design, development, and testing of features for our Agentic AI performance management platform. On a day-to-day basis, you may assist in implementing backend and frontend components, integrating APIs and data sources, writing clean and maintainable code, and troubleshooting issues in collaboration with senior engineers. You will contribute to performance, security, and reliability improvements,



help document technical workflows, and participate in code reviews and sprint ceremonies.

This is an internship role with a hybrid work arrangement, primarily based in Bengaluru with flexibility for some work-from-home days.

Qualifications

Foundational software engineering skills, including proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript) and understanding of data structures and algorithms.

Basic knowledge of web technologies and application development (e.g., RESTful APIs, frontend frameworks, or backend frameworks).

Interest or exposure to AI/ML concepts, microservices architecture, and cloud-based systems.

Ability to work with engineering and product teams to translate requirements into technical tasks and solutions.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills, with attention to detail and code quality.

Positive written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a hybrid work environment.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and basic software development lifecycle practices is a plus.
