- Provide strategic support to the Group Leader, contributing to key initiatives and decision-making.
- Propose comprehensive execution plans for projects / task and identifying challenges. • Drive the execution of assigned project/tasks, ensuring timely completion and reporting.

Functional Role:
- Provide product engineering support for our series production of industrial hydraulic pumps, assisting our worldwide plants and global sales teams.
- Creation and maintenance of Engineering change requests (ECR) for engineering documents like BOM and material-master in SAP.
- Design and development of new components for hydraulic pump using CREO.
- Perform engineering calculations, tolerance analysis, Design FMEA etc.
- Generate ideas and implement product and process cost reduction topics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional regional and international teams such as Manufacturing, Quality, Purchase and Testing.
