The Role

We are looking for high-calibre consulting professionals with 10–15 years of experience who bring a blend of strategy consulting, analytics, and deep BFSI domain expertise. The role will involve partnering with senior client stakeholders globally to lead strategic engagements, drive AI-enabled transformation initiatives, and deliver impactful business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead consulting engagements for global Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) clients.
- Advise CXOs and business leaders on strategy, transformation, and AI-driven business initiatives.
- Build and manage long-term client relationships while serving as a trusted advisor.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact transformation and analytics programs.




- Translate complex business challenges into scalable AI and data-driven solutions.
- Support business development through proposal creation, solution design, and executive presentations.

Ideal Candidate

- 10–15 years of experience in strategy consulting, business transformation, or analytics consulting.
- Experience with a top-tier consulting firm such as McKinsey, BCG, or Bain is strongly preferred.
- Deep expertise across Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation or analytics initiatives within financial institutions.
- Strong client management, executive communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical thinking, and team leadership capabilities.
