We are looking for an experienced Endur Consultant with strong expertise in Openlink Endur, Core Java, and energy trading. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and supporting Endur solutions while working across the complete software development lifecycle in a commodity trading environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and enhance solutions on the Openlink Endur platform based on business and technical requirements.
- Develop and customize Endur components, including JVS scripts, Open Components (OC), and plugins.
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, development leads, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, UAT, deployment, and production support.
- Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable applications using Core Java and SQL.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and Agile development methodologies.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical reviews and knowledge-sharing initiatives.




- Support continuous improvement by recommending best practices for application performance, reliability, and maintainability.

Required Skills:

- 6-11 years of software development experience with solid expertise in Openlink Endur.
- Hands-on experience with Endur Plugin Development, JVS (Java Scripting), and Open Components (OC).
- Strong programming skills in Core Java and SQL.
- Good understanding of Design Patterns, SOLID Principles, JUnit, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Experience developing enterprise-grade applications in Agile environments.
- Exposure to Git, CI/CD pipelines, and software delivery best practices.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Domain Expertise:

- Strong understanding of energy trading and commodity trading processes.
- Experience working with European Gas Markets, Gas Networks, Scheduling, Transportation, Capacity Management, Pricing, Position, P&L;, and Exposure Management.
- Knowledge of OTC trading instruments, including Forwards, Swaps, Storage, Swing Deals, and Options.
- Understanding of exchange-traded futures, options lifecycle, and cascading concepts.
