Qual ifications

Experience supporting Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile devices, printers, and office IT inf rastructureBasic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, acc ess points)Experience with hardware asset management and invent ory controlStrong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer ser vice skillsAbility to work independently and coordinate with remote support teams and vendorsWillingness to work rotational shifts as part of 24x7 suppo rt coverage

Pay range and compensa tion package

Rate: INR 42,000/month, inclusive of a ll allowances
