Job Summary:

We are hiring a GRC Engineer to strengthen the organization's governance, risk management, compliance, and security posture.

The candidate will work closely with Security, Audit, Risk, and IT teams to implement GRC processes, automate compliance monitoring, and manage enterprise risk.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and maintain GRC platforms for risk and compliance management.
- Perform risk assessments and maintain enterprise risk registers.
- Support implementation of governance policies and security controls.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and compliance metrics.
- Automate compliance workflows and approval processes.
- Collaborate with Security Operations, Infrastructure, and Application teams.
- Track remediation of audit findings and security gaps.
- Support third-party risk management activities.
- Maintain documentation for policies, standards, and procedures.

Required Skills:





- Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance frameworks.
- Experience with ServiceNow GRC or similar GRC platforms.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, NIST, GDPR, and CIS Controls.
- Familiarity with risk management methodologies.
- Experience in audit management and compliance reporting.
- Understanding of Identity & Access Management and security controls.
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or reporting tools.
- Experience with workflow automation and REST API integrations.
- Robust analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- ServiceNow GRC certification.
- ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor certification.
- Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or CISSP are an added advantage.
- Experience working in enterprise cybersecurity or compliance environments.
