Geo tag farmer plots.

Collect farmer demand through the mobile app.

Ensure accurate data entry and delivery tracking.

Support farmers in using the E-Grow app.

Report daily to the Regional Coordinator.

Requirements Intermediate in Agriculture preferred; Bachelor's degree in Agriculture is an added advantage.

Basic English reading and writing ability.

Comfortable using mobile apps and digital tools.

Two-wheeler and valid license preferred.

Must own a smartphone. Based on performance evaluation, this role is subject to promotion to Lead EME. 9 vacancies Banke, Kapilvastu, Rupandehi Role Highlights Lead and supervise a local team of EMEs.

Ensure farmer registration, mapping, and data accuracy.

Monitor demand collection and input distribution.

Provide basic farm advisory and digital adoption support.

Coordinate daily operations with the Regional Coordinator.

Track performance, reporting, and issue resolution in the field.

Support training and onboarding of new EMEs.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in any field.

Fluent English reading and writing ability.

Strong coordination and leadership skills.

Comfortable using mobile apps and digital tools.

Check and monitor stock regularly.

Pack and prepare farmer orders for delivery.

Delivery Coordination

Coordinate delivery with EMEs.

Plan and track order dispatch.

Ensure proper goods handover.

Store Management

Manage day-to-day E-Grow Centre work.

Keep the store clean and organized.

Guide farmers who visit the centre.

Basic Admin Work

Maintain easy records and bills.

Handle basic data entry on mobile or computer.

Report to the Regional Coordinator.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Management, Logistics, or Agriculture preferred.

1-3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or admin roles.

Basic computer skills, including Excel and mobile apps.

Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Ability to work in field and rural settings.

Preferred Qualifications Experience in agri-inputs or rural supply chain.

Familiarity with inventory systems.
