Role Description The Email Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. This role is responsible for planning, building, and executing email marketing campaigns that support lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue goals. Day-to-day tasks include segmenting customer lists, creating email content and templates, setting up workflows in marketing automation tools, and optimizing send times and frequency.

The specialist will monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing data, run A/B tests, and report on key metrics to inform ongoing improvements. Collaboration with marketing,



sales, and content teams is expected to ensure email campaigns align with broader go-to-market strategies and brand guidelines. Qualifications

Strong Email Marketing Software skills (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and experience managing end-to-end email campaigns

Proficiency in Marketing Automation platforms and workflow creation to support nurturing and lead scoring

Ability to use Marketing Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns

Experience in Lead Generation through email campaigns, including list building, segmentation, and conversion-focused messaging

Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to write clear, concise, and engaging email copy and coordinate with cross-functional teams

Working knowledge of A/B testing, deliverability best practices, and email compliance standards (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR)

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines

Prior experience in B2B marketing or SaaS environments is a plus
