Role: Customer Support Executive

Provide support to retail sellers through Email & Chat

Resolve customer queries with speed, accuracy, and professionalism

Deliver an exceptional customer experience through effective written communication

Handle multiple systems while troubleshooting customer concerns

- Achieve quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals

Graduates from any discipline

Freshers are welcome to apply

Undergraduate candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of BPO experience





Comfortable working in a 247 rotational shift environment

Willing to work a 5.5-day work week

Ready to work from the Jaipur office

30,000 CTC per month (as per company structure)
