Employment Type: Full-Time We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Email Automation Specialist to design, execute, and optimize automated email campaigns that enhance customer engagement, nurture leads, and improve the overall user experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with email marketing platforms, workflow automation, audience segmentation, and campaign performance analysis.

This role requires a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, automation workflows, and data-driven optimization to ensure timely and personalized communication with learners and customers. Responsibilities

Design, build, and manage automated email workflows for learner onboarding, admissions, payments, course commencement, assessments, certifications, and alumni engagement.

Create and schedule promotional emails, newsletters, webinar invitations, announcements, and transactional emails.

Develop lead nurturing campaigns to convert prospective learners into enrolled participants.

Segment audiences based on program, learner behavior, interests, and engagement to deliver personalized communication.

Coordinate with the Marketing, Admissions, Academic Support, Product, and Operations teams to ensure accurate and timely email communication.

Automate reminders for pending applications, incomplete registrations, fee payments, assessment deadlines, live sessions, and certificate availability.

Monitor campaign performance,



including delivery rates, open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and learner engagement metrics.

Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email content, layouts, and sending schedules to improve campaign effectiveness.

Ensure all email templates are responsive, visually consistent, and aligned with the organization's branding guidelines.

Maintain and update email databases, contact lists, automation workflows, and audience segments.

Troubleshoot email delivery issues and optimize email deliverability using industry best practices.

Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data insights.

Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and data privacy standards. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in email marketing, marketing automation, CRM campaigns, or lifecycle marketing.

Hands-on experience with email automation platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Brevo, ActiveCampaign, Zoho Campaigns, or similar.

Experience working with CRM systems and audience segmentation.

Robust understanding of customer journey mapping and marketing automation workflows.

Excellent written communication, analytical, and project management skills.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
