Role & responsibilities

- Fixing appointments, directly meeting prospective customers and pitching the Elite packages & services.

- Giving a presentation (via phone/whatsapp/email, etc) about the services we offer.

- Identifying opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell customers and to close prospective leads.

- Handling inquiries with regard to product, pricing, customer relations and complaints.

- Utilizing effective selling approaches to meet sales targets.

- Maintaining valuable rapport with the member; providing the right Elite experience and delivering quality service.
