We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Eligibility Analyst on a Freelance basis to support client document evaluation and provide guidance on occupational alignment and documentation processes. The candidate should have experience reviewing professional documents, identifying suitable occupations, and ensuring client profiles meet relevant qualified and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities
Review client documents including employment letters, qualifications, and supporting evidence
Align CVs with relevant occupation standards and professional requirements
Draft and review reference letters in line with authority guidelines
Evaluate client profiles to determine suitable occupational pathways and documentation requirements for skill assessment processes
Provide end-to-end guidance on documentation and application processes
Ensure documentation meets authority - specific requirements, identifying gaps and recommending necessary corrections or additional documents
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain quality and accuracy Requirements and Skills
Bachelor’s Degree English, Communications, Business or any related field
At least 1 - 2 years of experience specifically handling VETASSESS, TRA, AHPRA/ ANMAC, and AITSL applications.
Ability to independently review and validate client documentation
Familiarity with documentation processes and regulatory requirements
Strong attention to detail and decision-making ability
Strong writing skills for professional correspondence, job descriptions, and reference letters
Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and candidate files efficiently How to Apply
