How You’ll Help Us Connect the World:

As an Electronics Engineer, you will develop innovative microwave antenna products for global telecommunication markets, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions that meet customer needs, project milestones, and business objectives while driving continuous product improvement. This role will be based in Goa, India.

You Will Make an Impact By:

Designing, developing, evaluating, and analysing new or updated products or components. Projects may include microprocessor design (such as STM32), stepper motor controller and positioning design, RF front end, power amplifiers, power supplies, DRAM, eMMC, ethernet, USB, splitter/combiners, filters, and other digital or analog electronics design tasks. Designing to obtain CE marking, EMC standards (EN55032 and EN55035) and safety standards (IEC 62368-1)

Testing design prototypes with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, multimeters etc.

Acting as a key contributor and / or technical leader within a project team and occasionally directing or coordinating work of drafters, technicians, and other personnel.

Interfacing with engineers (software, mechanical, reliability, and test) during requirement, design, development, pilot, and hand off to production.

Providing support to software, mechanical, test, production, and field engineers.

Producing product functional requirements, test requirements, design, and interface documents as needed through the product life cycle.





Required Qualifications for Consideration:

Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering or Computer Engineering required with 5 to 9 years of relevant experience.

Proven working experience in both digital and analog circuit design and development.

Experience in development and troubleshooting of embedded microprocessor and/or microcontroller systems.

Knowledge of EMI and surge protection design techniques for outside plant equipment.

Knowledge of Mentor Schematic Capture and PADS PCB layout tools is a plus.
