Job Summary The Visiting Faculty – Electronics & Communication Engineering will be responsible for delivering high-quality classroom and laboratory instruction to undergraduate and/or postgraduate students. The faculty member will contribute to academic excellence through effective teaching, student mentoring, curriculum delivery, assessments, and academic activities while ensuring compliance with university regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Learning
Deliver lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions in Electronics & Communication Engineering subjects.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, presentations, and study resources.
Conduct practical demonstrations and laboratory experiments.
Integrate industry practices and emerging technologies into classroom teaching.
Encourage active learning through case studies, projects, and problem-solving activities.

Maintain proper documentation related to teaching and assessments.
Laboratory Responsibilities
Ensure effective utilization of laboratory equipment.
Guide students in laboratory experiments and mini-projects.
Promote safe laboratory practices.
Coordinate with lab staff for equipment maintenance and calibration.
Industry & Research Engagement
Introduce students to current industry trends and technological advancements.
Encourage participation in technical competitions, hackathons, and innovation projects.
Guide students in research, publications, and project development where applicable.
Qualification
M.E./M.Tech. in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) or a relevant specialization from a recognized university.
Candidates pursuing or possessing a Ph.D. will be preferred.
Candidates with strong industry experience in Electronics, Embedded Systems, VLSI, IoT, or Communication Engineering may also be considered.
Experience
Prior teaching experience in a university, engineering college,
or technical institute is preferred.
Industry experience in Electronics, Embedded Systems, Semiconductor, Communication Systems, or related domains will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
Strong subject knowledge in Electronics & Communication Engineering.
Excellent classroom presentation and communication skills.
Practical exposure to laboratory equipment and simulation tools.
Familiarity with MATLAB, Multisim, Proteus, LTSpice, Cadence, Xilinx, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or similar engineering tools.
Ability to mentor students in projects and innovation activities.
Valuable interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, LMS, ERP, and digital teaching platforms.
