We are seeking a skilled Electronics Assembly & Soldering Technician to support product development, prototyping, testing, and low-volume manufacturing activities.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with PCB assembly, SMD soldering, rework, troubleshooting, and electronics manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic PCBs and systems
- Perform SMD and through-hole soldering
- Rework and repair defective assemblies
- Build wiring harnesses and cable assemblies
- Perform visual inspection and quality checks
- Conduct basic electrical testing
- Assist hardware engineers during prototyping
- Maintain assembly records and documentation
- Ensure ESD and manufacturing best practices
Required Skills
- Excellent hand soldering skills
- SMD assembly experience
- Fine-pitch component handling
- PCB rework experience
- Ability to use multimeters
- Ability to identify electronic components
- Reading assembly drawings and BOMs
