- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of all factory electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot and rectify electrical faults to minimize production downtime.
- Maintain LT panels, MCCs, transformers, switchgear, VFDs, motors, starters, control panels, and power distribution systems.
- Ensure proper maintenance of DG sets and power backup systems.
Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 25 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience.
- Positive understanding of industrial electrical systems.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot electrical faults.
- Willingness to work in shifts during tea manufacturing season.
