Role Description The Electrical Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of electrical infrastructure projects, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality and safety standards. This full-time, in office role in Jaipur includes coordinating with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and clients, preparing and updating project documentation, and tracking progress against project plans. The role involves assisting with material requirements, vendor follow-ups, and logistics, maintaining records of site activities,



and helping to resolve technical and coordination issues that arise during implementation.

The coordinator will also support compliance with regulatory and client specifications, participate in site inspections, and provide regular status reports to management. Qualifications

Strong project coordination skills, including scheduling, documentation, and progress tracking for electrical EPC projects.

Knowledge of Transmission & Distribution systems, rural electrification, and basic electrical engineering concepts.

Ability to communicate clearly with site teams, contractors, and clients, and collaborate effectively across civil, electrical, and solar project stakeholders.

Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic project management tools for reporting and documentation.

Understanding of safety standards, quality control practices, and regulatory requirements relevant to electrical infrastructure projects.

Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Previous experience in project coordination, site execution support, or EPC environments (especially in T&D; or electrification) is an advantage.
