Position: Battery Designer / Battery Pack Design Engineer

Location: Naya Raipur, Sector 22, EMC Sector, Chhattisgarh

Time: 9 to 6 Day Shift

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Experience: 1–3 Years

Qualification:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Freshers with relevant battery design knowledge may also apply.

Job Responsibilities
- Design and develop lithium-ion battery packs for EV and energy storage applications.
- Prepare battery pack layouts, module designs, and assembly drawings.
- Select battery cells and calculate series/parallel configurations.
- Assist in Battery Management System (BMS) integration.
- Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with the production and quality teams during battery assembly.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of battery packs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.




- Support prototype development and continuous product improvement.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of lithium-ion battery technology.
- Understanding of battery pack design and assembly.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software.
- Basic understanding of electrical circuits and BMS.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
