Role Description: This is a full-time, in office Electrical Engineer role based in Indore.

The Electrical

Engineer will design, review, and optimize electrical systems for elevators, including power distribution, control panels, and safety circuits. Day-to-day tasks include preparing electrical drawings and documentation, performing calculations, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations. The role involves coordinating with mechanical engineers, installation teams, and suppliers to support assembly, installation, testing, and commissioning of elevator systems.

The Electrical

Engineer will diagnose and resolve electrical issues, support preventive and corrective maintenance, and contribute to continuous improvement in reliability and energy efficiency. Strong foundation in Electricity and Electrical Engineering, with practical understanding of industrial and building systems.

Ability to perform Electrical Design for elevator systems,



including control circuits, wiring layouts, and protection schemes.

Knowledge of Power Distribution in commercial and residential buildings, focusing on protected and effective integration of elevator systems.

Understanding of Power Systems, including load calculations, fault analysis, and coordination with backup power solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.

Familiarity with relevant electrical codes, safety standards, and elevator regulations.

Proficiency with CAD tools and electrical design software for drawings and schematics.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively on-site with cross-functional teams.

Experience in elevator or industrial automation systems is an advantage.

Required

Qualification

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

Freshers with strong technical knowledge may apply.

2–3 years of experience in elevators, electrical panels, industrial automation, or control systems will be preferred.

Required Skills Strong understanding of electrical circuits and control systems.

Knowledge of MCCB, MCB, VFD, relays, contactors, sensors, and electrical panels.

Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

Knowledge of elevator control systems is an added advantage.

Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Basic knowledge of MS Office for documentation.

Experience in elevator installation or maintenance.

Familiarity with electrical safety standards.

Ability to travel to project sites when required.

Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
