Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Education Counselor to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a consultative approach to counseling, and the ability to convert enquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students regarding our training programs.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Convert enquiries into admissions while maintaining a high conversion ratio.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Build long-term relationships with students throughout the admission process.
- Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for smooth onboarding.




- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- 1–3 years of experience in Education Counseling, EdTech Sales, Academic Admissions, or Inside Sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Comfortable working with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply.
