Ausweg is looking for an experienced Electrical Design & Estimation Engineer with robust expertise in Control Panel Design, Electrical Schematics, BOM Preparation, and Cost Estimation. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end electrical design activities, supporting estimation and tendering, and coordinating with customers, vendors, procurement, and production teams. Key Responsibilities

Electrical Design

Design and develop electrical drawings for: Prepare: Single Line Diagrams (SLD) General Arrangement (GA) Drawings Control Schematics Wiring Diagrams Terminal Layouts Panel Layout Drawings BOM & Estimation

Prepare detailed BOMs based on customer RFQs, BOQs, specifications, and tender documents. Perform cost estimation and project costing for electrical panel projects. Identify suitable electrical components and optimize designs for cost-effectiveness. Coordinate with suppliers for technical and commercial quotations. Support sales teams during techno-commercial proposal preparation.

Technical

Coordination

Review customer requirements and provide technical solutions. Interact with customers for design discussions and technical clarifications.



Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure smooth project execution. Provide engineering support during assembly, testing, and commissioning activities. Quality & Compliance

Ensure designs comply with relevant electrical standards and customer specifications. Support internal quality checks and design reviews. Maintain engineering documentation and project records.

Required Skills Technical Skills

EPLAN (Mandatory) AUTOCAD (Optional) Strong knowledge of: Electrical Control Schematics Component Selection & Sizing Industrial Automation Systems BOM Preparation & Cost Estimation Vendor Management & Technical Evaluation

Preferred Product Knowledge

Siemens Delta Desired Candidate Profile 5+ years of experience in Electrical Design & Estimation.

Experience in Industrial Automation, Control Panels, or Electrical Panel Manufacturing. Strong understanding of customer specifications and project requirements. Ability to independently handle design, estimation, and technical discussions. Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
