Role Description The Educational Counselor is a full-time, in office role based in Noida. This role involves guiding prospective and enrolled students in academic planning, course selection, and career pathways aligned with their interests and goals.

The Educational

Counselor will conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions, explain program structures and admission processes, and support students in understanding institutional policies and digital platforms offered by the company. The role includes maintaining accurate counseling records, collaborating with university partners and internal teams to address student needs, and participating in events, workshops,



and outreach initiatives to improve student engagement and satisfaction. The counselor will also share feedback from students and institutions to help refine EdTech Innovate’s educational solutions.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Educational Consulting and Education-related knowledge to guide students on academic programs and learning pathways.

Candidates should possess Student Counseling skills to support learners with academic, personal, and adjustment concerns.

Candidates should possess Career Counseling skills to help students explore options, plan career trajectories, and make informed decisions.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication, active listening, and the ability to explain complex information simply.

Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.

Experience in academic advising, student services, or counseling within an educational or edtech environment is beneficial.

Ability to build trust with diverse student populations and work collaboratively with faculty and administrative teams.

Comfort with digital platforms, CRM or LMS tools, and basic data reporting to track student progress.
