Understand learners' goals and recommend the most suitable program.

Explain course benefits, curriculum, and career opportunities.

Handle objections and guide prospects through the enrollment process.

Follow up consistently to maximize conversions.

Maintain accurate CRM records.

Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets. What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Admissions Counseling,



or EdTech Sales (B2C and B2B)

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Solid consultative selling, objection handling, and closing skills.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about helping learners succeed.

Experience selling high-value education or coaching programs is preferred.
