The Business Development

Associate will engage with prospective learners and parents, explain edtech products and services, and guide them through the enrollment and decision-making process. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, following up on leads, conducting product demonstrations, and maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM tools. The role involves meeting sales targets, collaborating with the marketing and operations teams, gathering feedback from customers, and contributing ideas to improve conversion strategies.

The position requires consistent on-site presence, qualified communication, and a strong focus on customer experience and revenue growth, with compensation up to 8 LPA based on performance and experience.

Qualifications

Business development and sales abilities, including lead generation, prospecting,



and conversion in an edtech or similar domain.

Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to explain complex concepts clearly and build trust with diverse customers.

Customer service orientation, including active listening, handling objections, and maintaining a professional and supportive approach.

Familiarity with basic marketing concepts, CRM tools, and data-driven follow-up strategies to manage and prioritize leads.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site.

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; prior experience in edtech, inside sales, or counseling roles is highly advantageous.

Comfort with using digital tools and online platforms for product demonstrations and communication.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or extended shifts, as per business requirements.
