We partner with schools as their outsourced career readiness team, providing end-to-end program implementation supported by an AI-powered digital portfolio development system.

We're looking for someone who thrives on connecting with education communities and ensuring the right school leaders see the right message.

This is NOT a traditional marketing role.

We already have our content, messaging, branding, and website.

Your job is to make sure our campaigns reach school decision-makers.

What You'll Do

- Identify and engage LinkedIn groups for school leaders, principals, counselors, and higher education professionals.
- Build relationships with group administrators and education communities.
- Share and amplify Courtyardly's event invitations and thought leadership content in relevant communities.
- Research school associations, principal networks, education forums, newsletters, and online communities.
- Coordinate manual outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other professional channels.
- Help organize and promote LinkedIn Events and webinars.
- Support webinar logistics, attendee reminders, and post-event follow-up.
- Track outreach activity, registrations, and engagement.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

- Experience marketing or selling to K–12 schools or higher education institutions.
- Existing relationships with school leaders or education associations.
- An understanding of the education ecosystem in India.




- Experience with LinkedIn community engagement and professional networking.
- Familiarity with webinar platforms and virtual event promotion.
- Excellent written communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, resourceful approach to outreach.

Nice to Have

- Experience working with EdTech, curriculum providers, teacher training organizations, or education conferences.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic spreadsheet reporting.

Success in This Role Looks Like

- Higher registrations for roadshows and webinars.
- Strong engagement within education communities.
- Meaningful conversations with prospective partner schools.

Employment Details & Application Process

Employment Type

- Remote (India)
- Part-time contract to start (approximately 15–20 hours per week)
- Opportunity to transition into a larger or full-time role based on performance and business needs

Compensation Compensation will be based on your experience, relevant education-sector network, and demonstrated ability to generate meaningful outreach and engagement with schools and colleges.
