We help brands launch, manage, and scale their business across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other online marketplaces through end-to-end e-commerce solutions.

Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Account Manager to manage seller accounts, optimize product listings, handle day-to-day marketplace operations, and drive business growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities Manage Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplace seller accounts.

Create and optimize product listings and catalogs.

Monitor inventory and process orders.

Manage advertising campaigns and promotional activities.

Track account health and resolve marketplace issues.

Handle customer queries and support.

Analyze sales performance and prepare reports.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.





Required Skills Minimum 6 months of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management.

Good English communication skills (written & verbal).

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Gmail, and internet research.

Basic understanding of Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, or other marketplaces.

Robust analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Flipkart Seller Hub.

Knowledge of Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or keyword research tools.

Amazon or e-commerce certifications will be an added advantage.
