Key Responsibilities

Manage marketplace operations across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, FirstCry, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart and other relevant marketplaces.

Create and optimise product listings, content, pricing and promotions.

Monitor inventory, catalogue health, pricing and order fulfilment.

Coordinate with marketing, creative and warehouse teams for campaign execution.

Track marketplace performance, sales, advertising metrics and prepare regular reports.

Handle marketplace issues, returns, customer escalations and operational coordination.

Identify opportunities to improve sales, visibility and conversion across all marketplaces.

What We’re Looking For





1–3 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management.

Hands-on experience with one or more major marketplaces.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with Shopify, ERP systems or marketplace advertising is an added advantage.
