Roles & Responsibilities:

- Provide hands-on implementation and support for EBS Financial Modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, IBY, PA, and CM
- Offer implementation guidance to customers by relating product functionality to business processes and scenarios
- Utilize technical skills to debug and resolve issues using SQL, PL/SQL, Reports, and other tools
- Engage with customers to understand critical situations, provide solutions, and set realistic expectations
- Drive operational improvements through innovation in processes, methods, tools, and utilities
- Continuously learn emerging business models, product solutions, and technology features to deliver value to customers
- Maintain agility and flexibility in a fast-changing business and organizational workplace
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, design, technical, implementation, support, and test activities
- Work on OAF (Oracle Application Framework), Oracle Forms, PL/SQL, and SQL procedures
