Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced E2E Infrastructure Architect to lead the design, governance, optimization, and operational management of a large-scale telecom infrastructure landscape spanning three geographically distributed Data Centers. The role will be responsible for the overall infrastructure architecture, technology roadmap, capacity planning, resiliency, security, operational excellence, and lifecycle management of the telecom OSS/BSS and supporting platforms.
The Architect will act as the primary technical authority across Compute, Virtualization, Storage, Backup, Network, Linux, Windows, Database, Cloud, Container Platforms, and Disaster Recovery environments while ensuring high availability and adherence to business SLAs. Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Architecture & Strategy
Define and maintain the end-to-end infrastructure architecture across three Data Centers. Develop infrastructure standards, governance models, and technology roadmaps. Lead architecture reviews for recent solutions, platform enhancements, and infrastructure transformations. Ensure alignment of infrastructure architecture with telecom business objectives and operational requirements. Drive standardization, consolidation, and modernization initiatives. Multi-Data Center Management
Design and manage active-active or active-passive Data Center architectures. Ensure seamless workload distribution, redundancy, and failover capabilities across Data Centers.
Lead Disaster
Recovery (DR) planning, testing, and execution. Define and maintain Recovery Time Objective (RTO) and Recovery Point Objective (RPO) requirements. Establish infrastructure resilience and business continuity strategies.

Define infrastructure capacity management processes. Conduct capacity forecasting and growth planning. Identify infrastructure bottlenecks and performance risks. Optimize infrastructure utilization and operational costs. Ensure infrastructure scalability to support telecom business growth. Security & Compliance
Define infrastructure security architecture and hardening standards. Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements. Review vulnerability assessments and remediation plans. Support audit, compliance, and risk management activities.

Governance
Establish operational standards and support models. Govern incident, problem, change, and release management processes. Review major incidents and lead infrastructure Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Drive automation and operational efficiency initiatives. Define and monitor infrastructure KPIs and SLAs. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with OEMs, system integrators, and technology partners. Lead technical discussions with business, operations, and delivery teams. Review infrastructure contracts, support agreements, and licensing requirements. Provide technical leadership during audits, reviews, and executive presentations.

Deliver successful DR drills and business continuity validation. Reduce operational risk through proactive architecture governance. Optimize infrastructure performance, scalability, and cost efficiency. Lead RCA and preventive action planning for critical incidents.
